Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in relation to the services provided by Oceanpulse Power remain the property of Oceanpulse Power.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for Oceanpulse Power services are outlined in the agreed upon contract and invoices are to be paid as per the agreed schedule.

Confidentiality

Oceanpulse Power and the client agree to keep confidential information shared during the course of business activities private and not disclose it to third parties.

Liability

Oceanpulse Power shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the client due to circumstances beyond its control.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a notice period as agreed upon in the contract, and all outstanding payments shall be settled upon termination.

Governing Law

Any disputes arising from the agreement between Oceanpulse Power and the client will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Oceanpulse Power is based.
